To ensure the best quality possible, our team follows a multipoint inspection process for each service. Additionally, we review each order with customers upon pickup in-store to confirm service completion and satisfaction.

When we receive garments, our clerks review each item with customers to confirm any potential stains, damages, and/or special requests. An invoice is provided with a breakdown of garments and cost per service. Please note: service charge is subject to change based on stains, soil, fabric and material conditions of each garment. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your order has been registered, we will then work on labeling and sorting your garments to provide the best care for each. Our spotter and washer will then inspect each garment, checking for any noted or hidden stains that must be treated before their cleaning service.

Once we have finished the cleaning service, each of your garments are once again sorted to receive the best pressing and finishing care required by the conditions of each garment. Our pressers help inspect each garment to ensure quality of stain removal and cleaning service, and to provide the final touch with delicate pressing and hand finish ironing.

Once garments are fresh off the press, our clerks inspect them one last time and place them in reusable plastic bags to preserve the cleaning and pressing quality of each garment.

Our team will communicate with you if we find any details of your garments that require additional care and more time to be ready for pickup. We will keep you updated through text messages to confirm when your order is ready. Additionally, you may pickup a partial order of garments ready to avoid any further inconvenience with the additional time required for us to deliver the best cleaning service possible.

Before our team confirms each order is ready, we ensure all garments receive the service customers requested. Our clerks review each order with customers when they pick up to ensure satisfaction. We appreciate every feedback and positive review shared with your friends and family.
